OMS low pressure metering machines offer the latest polyurethane dosing and mixing technology at an affordable price. Low pressure metering machines are ideal for many applications, including low-volume production, elastomers, microdosing, discontinuous block foam production and foam-in-place gasket and filter plants.

The Impact low-pressure metering machine is simple, user-friendly and low cost. Pumps, tanks and control panel are mounted on a single frame. The Impact is designed for minimum maintenance and maximum control of the most important foam processing variables: Flow, Pressure and Temperature.

Standard Features:

Tank Group

25 tanks with flanged and removable lids.
Heat exchangers with integral immersion heaters.
Nylon visual site tube.
Options include tank agitators and tank level control.

Pump Group

Independently controlled double seal gear pumps.
Inverter to control output.
Analog pressure gauges with high and low set points.
Pump speed readout available as an option..

Mix Head

Mounted on a rotating boom with up/down control.
Control pendant mounted on the mix head.
Recycling type mix head with pneumatic operation.
Choice of needles, orifices and injectors to optimize production.
Variable mixer speed with optional RPM readout available.
2-color mixing available.
